The work of an architect implies creativity, teamwork and above all, art. For me architecture is not only a work where I draw some buildings, it is a lifestyle. I think this job is very important because architects have a duty to provide comfort and utility to the space where people stay, work and spend most of their time.
I would like to study at Manchester School of Architecture because is one of the best in the United Kingdom, it also has a fantastic score of 95% over all satisfaction in the Student Survey 2013. Secondly, I remarked the performance of the Architecture Studios and Workshops, the many Libraries and Collections, and last but not least the great It facilities. Apart from the great facilities that you university are offering for architecture course, I have noticed that you have a really good snowboard and volleyball team and as these sports are my favorite hobbies. I intent to become a respected architect, one that will be able to bring significant innovations in architecture and I think I can achieve this with my determination and knowledge that I can gain from your university.
My idol is Zaha Hadid and I'm fascinated by her building, because I really like the organic shapes and glass construction, her projects break classical forms and reassembles them in new spaces with modern conceptions of geometric perspective. They were confused by new form of buildings witch were proposed by young architect. She is a famous British architect of Iraqi origin, representative of deconstruction, the first female winner of the Pritzker Prize. She makes futuristic Lacoste Footwear with famous company, interior decoration and she is a member of the editorial board of the British Encyclopedia.
I started going to as many exhibitions as I could and was impressed by the amount of work one had to invest in such an event. On this occasion, I learned things such as how one’s works should be presented to the public, what are the key words that are able to keep the audience attentive and lastly, the great amount of determination one has to have in order to make such a grand-scale project.
I would like to visit the Ronchamp Cathedral by Le Corbusier, because I like the 18/19 century architecture. I like the apparently irregular small windows, brightly painted and punched in these thick walls give a dim but exciting light within the cool building, enhanced by further indirect light coming down the three light towers. The sculptural and massive form is given by the thick, curved walls and the vast shell of the concrete roof.

Artist home

This work was performed during the event "Choose Architecture" organized by the Order of Architects of Romania - Branch NV and it was presented to the Gallery of Arts. The building has a double function: an artist's home and his workshop.

House for a family

This is an architecture project of my own. It is a house designed for a family with 4 members. Outside there is a wooden terrace covered with canvas. The house has the shape of a parallelepiped without a roof.
